DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or product availability.
Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 2-4 working days. Kindly note that dispatch times may increase during high demand periods. Delivery times are 3-5 working days from dispatch of order.

Modern Cowboy Club does not take responsability for lost or uncollected packages.
TAXES & DUTIES
All taxes are included for EU countries. All other international shipments are not inclusive of duties and taxes, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country to which the order is shipped.
CURRENCIES
Modern Cowboy Club can not be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR into any other currency.
EXCHANGES
Modern Cowboy Club gladly accept returns but no later than 15 days from the date of receipt. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Modern Cowboy Club tags.
Please note that exchange services are not offered. If you wish to exchange your purchase, please return the item for a refund and place a new order. Please note that in this case customers are also responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery.
Please return the goods to us by using the label included in the parcel. Please view below our return rates:
· Return costs in Italy are free of charge
· Return costs for the EU and UK are 9,99€
· Return costs for international countries are 35€
We will refund the full amount of the returned products – all other expenses related to returns or exchanges are covered by the customer.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense.
You are liable for a possible deterioration of the items value caused by you in the way of trying the item. You may try the item in the way you would in a shop without causing any sort of deterioration. If the item is used in any other way than described above we consider the item as used and you will lose your right of return partially or completely.
You can also contact us to arrange the return of the product(s).
As soon as we have received and accepted the return, all successfully returned items will be credited to the credit card used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes or import duties incurred. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping back to us so we recommend you keep a postage receipt with tracking number as proof that the package was sent.
